A: A Service Crew may be assigned front counter, lobby or kitchen duties. Front counter duties include taking customers' orders and accepting payment. The Service Crew will also have to interact with customers, clear trays and ensure that the lobby is clean. Lastly, the Service Crew will have to cook and assemble orders (putting together a burger with dressing etc.) in the kitchen.
A: We offer flexible hours for our Service Crew depending on the needs of the restaurant and the availability of our Service Crew. The Restaurant General Manager of each store will be able to provide information regarding the working hours needed by the restaurant.
A: Our Service Crew is paid on an hourly rate. The hourly rate varies with each restaurant. The Restaurant General Manager of each store will be able to provide information on the appropriate hourly rate.

A: A Barista will have to provide an exceptional McCafé® experience by achieving correct operational standards in the areas of coffee making technique, food handling and customer delight.

A: A McDelivery® Rider will need to provide timely delivery of products and services to our customers in support of our McDelivery operations.
A: We offer flexible hours for our McDelivery® Rider depending on the needs of the restaurant and the availability of our McDelivery® Rider. The Restaurant General Manager of each store will be able to provide information regarding the working hours needed by the restaurant.
A: Our McDelivery® Rider is paid on an hourly rate. He/she can also earn additional docket for each delivery and the additional docket rate varies depending on hours and day of the week. The Restaurant General Manager of each store would be able to provide more information on the docket.
A: A Family Ambassador focus on delivering exceptional in-store feel good experience at all times. He/she will assist the Manager on shift/ Guest Experience Leader on the implementation and proper execution of all Service Centric and Family Marketing initiatives and programmes.

A: A Guest Experience Leader will serve as the Hospitality Lead in the restaurant, focus on delivering exceptional in-store feel good experience at all times. He/she will assist the Restaurant General Manager on the implementation and proper execution of all Service Centric and Family Marketing initiatives and programs.
A: We offer flexible hours for our Guest Experience Leader depending on the needs of the restaurant and the availability of our Guest Experience Leader. The Restaurant General Manager of each store will be able to provide information regarding the working hours needed by the restaurant.
A: Our Guest Experience Leader will be paid on an hourly basis. If our Guest Experience Leader are available on flexible hours, he/she will be offered a monthly salary if he/she is able to commit to full-time hours required by the needs of the restaurant.
A: Our Guest Experience Leader can be trained to become a Restaurant General Manager depending on his/her aspirations. The training and development of our people is a top priority and training will be provided at every level.
A: You need a national ITE certificate in any discipline to apply for the position.
A: It will be a 5 day work week for our restaurant management trainees. This includes weekends and Public Holidays. You will be required to work for 9 hours each day, on a rotating shift basis.
A: Starting salaries will commensurate with education and experience.
A: Our restaurant trainee manager will go through different aspects of training with the aim to be a Restaurant Trainee Manager who is responsible for overseeing the entire restaurant. There are also opportunities for a restaurant manager to be seconded or transferred to the corporate office for another role in the corporate office.
