McCafé® Barista

You Make It Great! Great Art Great Coffee.

At McCafé®, we know it takes real craft and creativity to make that perfect cup of coffee. And we'll help you learn everything you need to know to serve up a true masterpiece every time. This means more than 100 hours of training in the entire coffee-making process, from understanding every element that determines aroma and taste to signing off with a beautiful latte art. You're gonna be great here!

As a McCafé® Barista, you will

Learn Latte Art
Learn how to brew the perfect coffee
Prepare snacks and pastries from the McCafé® bakery
Interact with customers confidently

McDelivery® Rider

You Make It Great! Delivering Feel Good Moments.

With the opportunity to interact and bring smiles to customers, you work together with the restaurant teams to serve up the best family restaurant experience. As a McDelivery Rider, you will

Provide delivery services to McDonald's customers
Achieve targeted delivery service time and accuracy standards
Respond to customers' needs immediately in a pleasant manner
Follow food safety procedures during the transfer and packing of all completed products for delivery

We are looking for people who have

A valid Class 2B license with a minimum of 2 years riding experience and a clean riding record

Family Ambassador

As a Family Ambassador, you will

Create a fun atmosphere for families and children by planning and executing in-store Family togetherness activities and Premium Distribution Programme (PDP)
Provide assistance as a Table Service Server or SOK coach
Conduct birthday parties and parties for special occasions
Conduct restaurant tours
Assist the restaurant management team in building a cohesive community relationship with school and government agencies
Assist the restaurant team during large orders

Guest Experience Leader
