Every McCafé® Barista goes through 100 hours of training where they learn the history and origins of coffee, proper coffee handling practises, free pouring, extraction techniques, etc.
Our McCafé® Baristas pride themselves as artists, expressing their unique sense of creativity through their craft with coffee as their canvas. They have mastery of latte art: achieving smooth, velvety milk texture at the correct temperature and pouring beautiful espresso drinks to inspire each and every customer.
